Hi Darla,

Merry Christmas! I wanted to send you this little note to say how happy I am with this house and about what a skilled, intuitive and resourceful realtor you are! I love this house; it's the exact house I pictured for myself, and I realize you didn't find it by accident. You really listened to me, you asked a ton of thoughtful questions and helped me consider factors I hadn't thought of, and then you did your homework. I wish I could shop for houses with you every day; that's how much fun it was. Now that I've gotten to know Columbus better, and I see how many other options would have played out, I'm thrilled that you helped me decide on this place.

I also felt like I was in good hands all the way through the closing--- you guarded the entire process like you were buying your own home, and you kept me informed about the meaning of every part of the transaction. You even helped my Phoenix realtor figure out how to finish my complicated sale back in Arizona! I've bought five houses in my life, and of all the realtors I've worked with, you were simply the most knowledgeable---not to mention fun to be around. I especially like to remember the lunch we had--- fast food in the driveway of the wrong house! I still laugh at that.

I hope all is well with you--- I've got your magnet on my fridge and any time anyone even mentions something remotely related to real estate, I mention your name. Now, I'm off to assess the damage of my first snow-related car crash: I crushed the front end of my car underneath an Expedition yesterday. Evidently this snow stuff causes braking distances to increase….. It's very interesting. I wonder if science can explain it…. Take care and again Thank You! You were outstanding!
